Terms and Conditions

All sizes and capacities are approximate, but we make sure they are as accurate as we can.

Silver2Love makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive to you within the specified delivery times by using accredited couriers, however we can not take responsibility for late or failed deliveries arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.

UK sales tax (VAT) is not charged on orders as we are not VAT registered.

Payment accepts payment from most major credit and debit cards via our secure online checkout system. We also accept payment from PayPal accounts. We no not get to see or store your card details as part of this process. We use extremely secure payment systems.


UK delivery is free. We use various methods of shipping depending on the size of the parcel. All are insured by us, and are a 1-2 day delivery time from the parcel been collected by the shipping company. Some methods will require a signature and we will email you once the parcel has left us.

Delivery to the EU is £14.99 and takes 4-5 days in transit.


Stock Availability

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items on our website are always in stock, from time to time some items may become temporarily out of supply. If a particular item is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers.

If this becomes the case after an order has been placed we will send an email advising of the length of time this process will take. But as a general rule all items are in stock.

Cancellation Policy

The customer has the right to cancel an order within a reasonable period of time from receiving it. All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

Please notify us by e-mail before returning goods, we will advise you within one working day of the return address for the product. We will return the cost of cancelled product within 30 days of receiving the goods,(but this is usually done within 2-3 days of receiving your returned item)

We must be notified by e-mail of any damaged deliveries or missing items within a reasonable period of the delivery date, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for credit or replacement.

 Unless there is a fault on the product the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for your own protection we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If there is a fault on the product we will of course pay your return shipping costs, this is usually in the format of a pre-paid return label.


The privacy of all our offline and online customers is extremely important to us. Therefore no personal information is sold, traded or given to any other company or party.

All our customer information is gained by question forms as part of the buying process, any information received by us is used for 2 reasons:

Firstly, to process your order and secondly to help us create a better service and understanding of our customers' needs and requirements.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

Only people subscribing to our newsletter service will get e-mails regarding offers and relevant information.


While it is very rare that anyone would wish to complain about the level of service we offer, we like to make it very clear how to do so if you feel you have the need.

Please email us at with details of any problems you may have experienced and we will do our best to put them right. Your complaint will be acknowledged within two working days, and if possible it will be resolved within a week. All complaints are confidential. We also welcome general feedback, as this allows us to improve our service to you.
